Hailey’s Portfolio

Hi, I’m Hailey Rex, a proud alumni of Michigan State University with a degree in Communication Arts & Sciences and a strong focus on advertising, media planning, and strategic communication. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work on real-world projects for brands like Ally Bank and Nike, where I contributed to everything from SWOT analyses and market research to brochure design and campaign execution. These experiences have sharpened both my creative and strategic skills and taught me how to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.

I’m a strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in team settings, and my background in customer service and management has taught me how to lead with empathy, stay organized under pressure, and always find solutions. I’ve learned how to balance creativity with clarity, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and contribute to environments where ideas flow freely and great work gets done.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in photography, fitness, and the outdoors, always exploring new ways to observe the world around me and bring that energy back into my creative work. I’m currently seeking an internship or entry-level opportunities where I can contribute to campaign development, media strategy, and brand storytelling, and I’m excited to grow with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and big ideas.
